Kindergarten
For 5 year olds (Must be 5 by January 2011 although exceptions can be made up until Feb 28th)
The Edelweiss Kindergarten is well known for providing children with the tools they need for reading, writing and reasoning while enhancing independant thinking. The program is full of fun educational experiences to prepare children for Grade 1.

- Monday - Friday 12:40 pm - 3:25 p.m.

Alberta Education provides funding for Kindergarten students (not Preschool or JrK) who are transported by their parents and who reside 2.4 km or more from the school. This funding is given to Edelweiss and is reimbursed to parents provided that the necessary documentation is completed at the start of the school year. The amount per student for the 2009/2010 school year is $525.
