Science

All of our classes include a fun and exciting Science program. Children engage in Science experiments, which can be teacher directed or hands-on for students. Our school Director, Mr. Walter becomes “Captain Science” and engages children in these fascinating Science experiments. Parents are sent home a sheet called, “Today In Science We Did…” and it has the science experiment detailed on it as it is not usually something tanglible that can be sent home in a mailbox. Children may want to repeat the experiment at home with their parents.

There is also a Science Discovery area in the Planet Room that all children can experiment at during centre time. This table is changed weekly as we have a wide variety of science resources.
